Alana is an analyst on the Sequoia team.
Alana started her career as a Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program Scholar and a summer intern at Cascade Asset Management Company. She joined Ruane Cunniff as a summer intern and then as a full-time analyst upon graduation in 2023.
Alana graduated from Rice University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Economics.
What attracted you to Ruane Cunniff?
I knew I wanted to work as an investor and spend my time analyzing businesses. The Ruane Cunniff internship offered me the best opportunity to do just that by conducting meaningful, in-depth primary research.

Favorite Hobby
Beekeeping. My dad and I have two hives in the backyard.
