Michael Valenti
Michael is a member of the Client Service team at Ruane Cunniff. He also serves as the Assistant Secretary to Sequoia Fund.
Michael joined Ruane Cunniff directly after graduating from college in 1992. Over the decades, Michael has held various roles at the firm, always working closely with Sequoia Fund and its shareholders.
Michael graduated from Dowling College with a BA in Finance.
What attracted you to Ruane Cunniff?
My dad worked for the firm many years ago and he always told me once someone comes here, they never leave. He was right more than 30 years later here I am. He referred to Bill and Rick as true gentlemen on Wall Street.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family. My daughters play travel sports so that keeps us busy all year long.
