Yau Dun Lee

Yau is the Chief Compliance Officer at Ruane Cunniff.

Yau started her career working in compliance at a broker-dealer and several investment management firms. Yau came to Ruane Cunniff in 2021 from Black Diamond Capital Management, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of the compliance program, including policies and procedures, as well as for monitoring the trading and investment activities at the firm. Prior to joining Black Diamond, Yau was a compliance officer at Paradigm Capital Management where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations affecting institutional and separately managed account clients, private funds, and registered investment companies.

Yau graduated from SUNY Albany with a BS in Actuarial and Mathematical Studies
